We are looking for a Healthcare Program Manager to join the Product Assurance- Medical Device team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible space and be part of a vibrant and fast-growing company!In this role, you will lead as the designated onsite compliance manager of an assigned fulfillment center supporting the Professional Healthcare Program.
You will also work with legal and internal business counterparts, as the compliance owner for Professional Healthcare licensing (fulfillment center, customer and selling partner).
Responsibilities include:
Lead as site Designated Representative for the Professional Healthcare (PHC) Program, responsible for ensuring compliance to state and federal regulations Identify and inform management of compliance issues, quality risks and improvement opportunities Serve as interface between operations and the stakeholder teams, providing visibility and status updates on initiatives and escalations Own all aspects of the PHC quality system related to Fulfillment Center (FC) operations Identify continuous improvement opportunities by staying current with all aspects of FC operations Lead daily stand-ups with associates and FC leadership Complete and submit state license applications for relevant sites Perform customer license verification Support selling partner qualification activities Review, interpret and evaluate medical device listings to ensure compliance with relevant medical device regulations Work alongside business teams to identify regulatory requirements for product, per the defined business requirements to meet compliance standards and to ensure product safety Maintain documents and databases for state Board of Pharmacy licensing requirementsConsent to background check and fingerprinting activities specific to State Board of Pharmacy applications is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
