Staffing Recruiter
LGS Staffing is seeking a Recruiter for our busy Plainfield, Indiana office. We are looking for someone that has high volume recruiting experience. We specialize in light industrial and warehouse positions. The ideal candidate will preferably have several of the following attributes:
Full cycle recruiting experience
High volume recruiting experience
Staffing industry experience would be nice, but not required
High School Diploma/GED or Bachelors Degree
Experience with applicant tracking systems, or solid computer experience allowing for an easy transition to our applicant tracking software
Ability to build rapport with candidates as well as our employer clients
Ability to multi-task and have a true sense of urgency to meet goals and objectives
Open to being cross trained in a highly effective team environment
We are looking to qualify candidates as soon as possible.
The process of recruitment for this position will be as follows:
Phone interview
Face-to-Face interviews (3 will selected for face-to-face)
Final candidate selected and offer prepared and communicated
