Qualifications:
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English - both verbally and in writing
Must have the ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
Must have the ability to think logically and problem-solve in order to analyze situations, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Must have knowledge of basic computer use including Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
Record transactions in the Warehouse Management System in an accurate and timely manner
Monitor assigned accounts for discrepancies from expected activity, performance, or inventory statuses
Communicate professionally with clients and staff
Prepare and distribute various company reports as required
File company paperwork documents and conduct other recordkeeping activities
Record transaction information in customer supplied system as needed
Schedule receipts and shipments
Check or inspect loads as required
Perform a variety of inventory-related functions
Perform other duties as assigned
