OfficeTeam has an immediate need for call center representatives for a company with multiple positions on the West side of Indianapolis. This is a 90 day temporary to full-time opportunity. Qualified candidates must be able to work a Thursday through Sunday schedule and any shifts between 11:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight). The call center representative reports to an inbound call center where employees provide outstanding customer service, handling customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED: Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and reports problem areas. May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels. Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer. Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions. Make recommendations according to customer's needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
