Production Tech (Park 100)
2nd 300 pm 1100 pm Monday through Friday
3rd 1100 pm 700 am Monday through Friday (start Monday night end Saturday morning)
NOTE: ALL training is on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks, then you are moved to your assigned shift
Requirements:
Sit down forklift experience (not on the forklift very much, typically the full time employees handle)
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen (oral swab is acceptable)
Must be able to pass a tape measure test (we administer)
Must have basic math skills including fractions and decimals
Must have steel toe boots
Flutes will provide ear plugs and safety glasses
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Warehouse is hot in the summer and cold in the winter
On your feet 8-12 hours a day
Dusty environment
Use Flutes time clocks
Duties:
Everyone starts as a Production Tech with the opportunity to move into other positions. Person will be feeding scrap into the baler, watching the baler, banding, operating the Jogger Aerator machine (will be trained prior to using) load stacks of corrugated into the machine and the machine will fix the stacks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
