Under the supervision of the Fleet Programs Manager, the Analyst, Fleet Compliance will serve as daily point of contact and relationship manager to our DOT drivers and non-DOT Yard Hostlers.
In this role you will be a primary point of contact for overseeing DOT compliance and ensuring the safety of GXO's employees.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Serve as advocate and liaison with the Department of Transportation (DOT) to ensure compliance and needs are met with a sense of urgency Champion safety procedures, processes, and training to create and maintain a safety-first culture Manage and monitor driver hours of service (HOS), vehicle cameras, roadside inspections, required DOT physicals and drug and alcohol testing Partner with Fleet Leadership to identify new drivers, approve new driver orientation, and coordinate onboarding, development, and compliance training as required and needed Administrative duties include managing and maintaining driver files, updating driver status in database systems, document maintenance, and data report generation What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of logistics or transportation experience It'd be great if you also have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1-3 years of experience with DOT compliance and safety Experience with Samsara, Omnitracs and/or Tenstreet is a plus Self-motivated and able to work well independently or in a team environment Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pay extreme attention to detail We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
