Customer Integration Manager
Insight Global is looking for a Customer Integration Manager to support one of our largest Logistics clients in Plainfield.
The Customer Integration Manager (CIM) is meant to be a focal point within IT for customer relationship initiatives that help provide solutions through electronic integration.
The CIM manages internal and external client expectations.
The CIM prioritizes workload of direct reports to achieve agreed upon goals.
This candidate will also be the IT point person with the client during contract implementations.
They will develop a client specific implementation project plan to include all service contract deliverables, troubleshoot complex technical problems, manage release problems and resolve data problems.
The CIM will also be responsible for preparing and delivering executive level presentations.
Special Projects include but will not be limited to migrating away from our clients legacy integration solutions using data mapping software that they need to move away from.
Their goal is to move to more cloud based solutions such as Logic Apps.
Finally, the CIM will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 Integration Leads/Analysts and also assisting with development as needed.
-Cloud certifications, AWS, Google, etc.
- Public cloud services -Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud would be a plus.
-Using new cloud native tools through Azure called Logic Apps.

years of experience with Customer Integration -Experience leading or managing initiatives in regards to Quality Assurance or Retail Compliance -Experience with EDI Integrations -Minimum Education Associates Degree -Experience understanding RESTful API endpoints using XML and JSON filing formats -Experience with Restful APIs -Experience with SQL coding and programing language Recommended Skills Customer Relationship Management Extensible Markup Language (Xml) Filing Json Leadership Managing Client Expectations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
