This role will be responsible for all aspects of the establishing, growing, and running the Sales Department.
Sales manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who sell products or services to industrial or manual labor customers.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with industry news.
Provide regular sales reports and accurately forecast future sales activity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Development of key metrics and reporting of team performance

Proven experience in sales, particularly in the industrial or manual labor market.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
